    Leading our kitchen with heart, heritage, and vision is Head Chef Himanshu Kapoor. Before joining Saahil’s, he served as Banquet Sous Chef at the renowned Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, where he led large-scale culinary operations with a focus on precision, mentorship, and multicultural collaboration.

    Now at Saahil’s, Chef Himanshu curates a menu that pays homage to the roots of South Asian cuisine—while reimagining its flavors through a modern, elevated lens.
